Meet the team

Who are we?

Over 3000 companies in over 90 countries use RefinedWiki add-ons to improve the user interface and user experience of Atlassian products. As one of the earliest vendors on the Marketplace RefinedWiki has built a reputation as a trusted and reliable add-on creator.

RefinedWiki began with a theming solution for Confluence and still today theme is the heart of what we do. Over the years RefinedTheme has helped large, medium and small companies better organize, customize and navigate Confluence.

To collaborate on the go you can enjoy a clean interfaced Confluence on your smartphone with our RefinedMobile integration. More recently we have extended our theming expertise to Cloud users, and to JIRA Service Desk. At the core of each of our add-ons is to provide a user-friendly theming solution that is accessible to both technical and non technical users.

Every year we commit to giving back through our own internal positive environmental behaviours and through our support for The Hunger Project, Doctors without Borders, and Charity: Water

“We are thrilled that RefinedWiki, a valued partner in the Atlassian ecosystem, has joined the Pledge 1% movement and is committed to sharing its success with the community,” said Scott Farquhar, co-founder and co-CEO, Atlassian.
