All servers provided through RefinedWiki includes:

Accessibility
Planned maintenance that affect end customers will be announced at least one week before the maintenance date and will not be done during working days between 8 am to 5 pm (Swedish timezone). Exceptions may occur if a serious security risk exists.
If a planned maintenance take longer time than estimated the end customer owns the right to report this as unavailable time. Unavailable time in the following forms are not to be seen as unavailable time:
- Unavailable time due to planned maintenance
- Unavailable time caused by an act performed by the end customer
- Unavailable time referenced to a service that are supervised/controlled by the end customer
- Unavailable time that can be derived and caused due to "force Majeure"
Guaranteed accessibility
RefinedWiki guarantees a 99,99% accessibility for all services. This accessibility is based on every quarter of a year exclusive planned maintenance interruption and above mentioned exceptions regarding unavailable time. In those cases where the accessibility fall below the guaranteed accessibility a compensation will be paid out by 4% of the monthly fee for those hours when the service has been affected. The compensation can only be as high as the amount that correspond to the monthly fee for that service. Accessibility is continouesly measured and the checking period is always three months back in time.
